Design Procedure

Simply contact us by email enquiries@c9designs.co.uk with your design requirements and we will send you a quote. If the quote is acceptable, we will ask you for an order number and your design work will commence. During the design period, we will work closely with you, keeping you informed of its progression at key stages to ensure that your deadline is met. On completion, your artwork will be sent to you by email as a PDF proof for you to check and amend as necessary. Full colour digital proofs can be supplied on request, but these will be chargeable and will add to the overall cost.

If any changes are needed, please let us know as soon as possible and we will make all the necessary amendments and send you a final proof for your approval. Once you are happy with the design work, you will then sign it off as ‘correct for print’ and we will then move your artwork onto the printing stage.

Equipment and Software

All our design work is created on Apple Mac computers using industry leading software … QuarkXpress, Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.
